Our meat heritage dates back over 250 years to when our family were cattle drovers from Aylesbury. We know the importance of provenance and expertise, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our meat and the skills of our butchers, who between them have over 150 years’ experience.
David Marshall is our sausage maker; he has always wanted to make sausages and has been making them, and winning awards, since he was a young man. We have over 25 flavours of sausages and are developing new recipes all the time. All our sausages are handmade on the premises in full view! It is a spectacle to behold.
