Your favourite Gerrards Cross food shop is having a bit of work done – forgive the mess!

During our fitout, you can still shop from the Butchers and Delicatessen, which is operating from our warehouse at the back of the store! Simply walk through the public car park, and there we are!

Here is a picture which we hope will help!

How to get to Fishers Temporary Shop

As you can see, our old car park is now closed, but there is parking right next to the new shop in the Public Car Park – charge is £1.10 for an hour – plenty of time to pop in and have a chat and pick up your favourite bits!

Bim’s Kitchen

We are delighted to announce a day of tasting to launch the introduction of a new range of Authentic African cooking sauces.

James (Bim) and his wife Nicola have been making the spicy sauces in their home for a very long time, and since being nagged by friends to offer them for sale, have done just that!

Chiltern Valley Brewery

We are proud to announce a new range of Liqueurs, Ales and Wines from a very local and special supplier, Chiltern Valley Brewery.  They are the only micro-brewery in the World with a Royal Warrant from the Queen, so it is especially poignant with the Jubilee celebrations this weekend!

Here we have the liqueurs, Damson Vodka, Damson Gin, Wild Peach and Blood Orange liqueur.

Here we have Diamond Jubilee bottle conditioned ale, Old Luxters Gold, Old Luxters Dark Roast and Old Luxters Barn Ales, then Private Bin 10 Red Wine, Oak Aged White Wine, Old Luxters Reserve White Wine and Chiltern Valley Special Cuvee White Wine.

Jubilee @ Fisher’s

Dear Friends and followers,

We have an exciting weekend coming up, with Jubilee celebrations taking our village by storm!  The flags are up and the BBQ’s are lit, we are selling more meat than we ever anticipated and the Pimms is flowing like a river down Packhorse Road!

Come along to Fisher’s on 2nd June for some Jubilee fun, there will be tastings galore and Jubilee offers on special packs of Marmite, Lindt, biscuits, chocolate and, of course, Pimms!  We even have ready to drink pre-mixed Pimms and lemonade!

Windsor & Eton Brewery @ Fisher’s

We are very proud to extend our range of Windsor & Eton Brewery Ales, Stouts and Pilsner to include their whole range!

New lines include: Treetops – to celebrate Princess Elizabeth’s accession to the throne – when she and the Duke of Edinburgh were staying at the Treetops safari lodge in Kenya;  Kohinoor – is the large diamond in the Coronation Crown and we think this beer is a diamond of equal brilliance!;  Republika – W&E’s first lager, made with the same passion and creativity that they put into their ales.  Using Saaz hops, Czech pilsner yeast and malt.

Windsor & Eton Brewery

Existing favourites include: Windsor Knot – to celebrate Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011; Conqueror 1075 – a massive 7.4% ABV make this a huge beer to contend with; Conqueror – the original Black IPA, smooth and aromatic; Kinght of the Garter – a delicious golden ale, easy drinking for summer afternoons!

New Years Baby! Ella’s Kitchen and Nature Babycare!

Come along to Fisher’s this week to stock up on totally organic baby food from amazing producer Ella’s Kitchen.  I first met Ella’s Dad at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair last year and since then we have been desperate to get hold of some.  Now we are pleased to have the whole range and it looks fabulous on the shelf!  We can’t wait to get little George hooked!

Also a new for Fisher’s is the all natural nappy range from Nature Babycare.  These guys really care about our planet, and your baby!  Start them off in Size 1 and within a few weeks they’ll be onto Size 2.  George is currently a Size 3 but it’s only a matter of time before he’s in the size 4′s!

Christmas Late Night Opening

We are delighted to have Harry’s Cider from Somerset on the tasting table and in the soup kettle! This delicious and hand-crafted cider has to be tasted to be believed it is that good!

As you would expect from Fisher’s, we also have a selection of sausages cooked and ready to eat! This is the perfect opportunity to see why we claim our sausages are the best in Britain!

The Collective Dairy Tasting

Calling all food lovers, Fisher’s are proud to introduce a fabulous new range of yogurts from The Collective Dairy.

We will be tasting them for you on Friday 14th October from 10am until Sunday 16th October at 3pm.

We do hope you will be able to come along, they really are fabulous yogurts, I had the passionfruit the other day and it perked me up!

The thing with their yogurts is, they are probiotic, so if you are looking for a probiotic yogurt that calms your stomach, look no further than your local, friendly, family-run supermarket!
