David Marshall, head butcher at Fisher’s of Gerrards Cross, has added spice to his repetoire by introducing a saucy new line in home dining.
The new range of ready-to-cook meat meals has been a huge hit for the high street butcher, who is flying in the face of huge opposition from a new Tesco, which opened on his doorstep in November.
Mr Marshall is confident that the residents of Gerrards Cross, who have supported the shop over the last 40 years, will continue to choose quality and provenance over price and convenience.
