Fisher’s of Gerrards Cross, the local Community focused retailer, has been nominated for a Community Hero award!
The Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) has run the awards every year and only the most community focused retailers are considered for the top prize. Fisher’s has demonstrated their commitment to their local community throughout the last year and also committed to a sustainable programme of community events into the future.
Paul Fisher was delighted when he was notified: “It is great to be recognised for something which goes largely unnoticed in the public domain. We are passionate about retailing and passionate about our community in Gerrards Cross”. The store has been in Gerrards Cross for 40 years and hopes that this nomination will show the community that they intend to remain for another 40 years.
